About
Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m glad you’re here.
Life has a way of bringing unexpected storms, and navigating these challenging seasons on your own can feel completely overwhelming. I support individuals who are walking through challenging seasons of life, major life transitions, or deep personal trials. Together, we will navigate these difficult moments using a collaborative approach that honors both clinical mental health practices and can extend to include Faith-based supports.
My therapeutic style is gentle, compassionate, and deeply rooted in grace. I combine evidence-based tools like Dynamic Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Biblical Counselling to help you find meaning, hope, and resilience in the middle of hardship as we work toward emotional and spiritual healing.
I hold a Master of Social Work and am a Registered Social Worker in good standing. Outside of practice, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and finding quiet moments in nature.
If you are ready to find hope and support through this current season of life, please reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

Services
What we can work on together
Individual therapy for youth, teens, and adults offered by secure video anywhere in the province. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Challenging seasons of life
Support through the seasons that feel heaviest to carry, whether the weight is recent or something you have held for a long time. Space to process, reflect, and slowly find your footing again.
Major life transitions
Separation, career change, new parenthood, health changes, and other seasons where the ground shifts beneath you and the way forward feels unclear.
Deep personal trials
When hardship shakes your sense of meaning, hope, or identity. Gentle, paced work toward emotional and spiritual healing, at whatever depth feels right for you.
A note for youth, teens, and parents
Wondering how counselling works for younger clients? In Ontario, young people aged 12 and up can consent to their own counselling, and what they share in session stays confidential, with the standard safety exceptions we review together at the start. For younger children, a parent or caregiver provides consent and is part of the process.
Parents and caregivers are welcome. For teens, we will talk together about how and when it makes sense to involve family, because support at home matters. The free 15-minute consultation is a great place to ask questions, whether you are a parent reaching out for your child or a teen reaching out for yourself.
My approach
Tending to the whole person
My style is gentle, compassionate, and deeply rooted in grace. We work collaboratively, honoring clinical mental health practices, and your care can extend to include Faith-based supports if that is meaningful to you.
Dynamic Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Evidence-based tools for understanding the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape how you move through hardship, and practical skills for shifting them.
Schema Therapy
Looking beneath the surface at long-standing patterns and beliefs formed over a lifetime, so healing can reach the roots rather than just the symptoms.
Biblical Counselling
For clients who wish to include it, faith-based support that weaves Scripture and spiritual reflection into the therapeutic work as we pursue emotional and spiritual healing together.
Collaborative & client-led
You set the direction and the pace. Whether or not faith is part of your journey, this is a space to find meaning, hope, and resilience in the middle of hardship.
